Ringi
Te Suh Marine Conservation Area, Maskelynes
'Ringi
Te Suh' means to leave alone or let multiply in the local
language of Uluveo. It was officially launched in 1994 and
is the best known Marine Conservation Area in the Maskelynes.
Ringi Te Suh preserves about 100 hectares of reef and one
of the main activities has been restocking of giant clams.
The reserve helps to maintain fisheries resources and people
use the area for research, education and recreation. Most
visitors go for the snorkelling.

our Maskelynes page for accommodation on Uluveo.
