Tanna Evergreen Resort is outstanding in having successfully implemented the Vanuatu Island Bungalows Association model and sees a steady stream of tourists. Evergreen's services include:
- Two four wheel drive wagons for tours.

In the high season (June to September) it's best to book ahead.
Accommodation
and Food
There are five Garden Bungalows: one new family bungalow
with two rooms and five single beds, two twin bungalows
(two single beds in each), one double bungalow (one double
bed) and one bungalow with a double and a single bed. There
are two Ocean View Bungalows: one twin (two single beds)
and one double (one double bed). All bungalows are built
of local materials and come with locking doors, bedding,
mosquito nets, bathing towel and soap. All
toilets are of the modern, western, flush type.
The
complimentary breakfast is usually toast with fruit and
tea or coffee. The local Tanna coffee is excellent if you're
used to Lipton tea or Nescafe. Other
meals at Evergreen's restaurant range from 500 to 2500 Vatu.
Expect western food like sandwiches, chips, spaghetti, fish,
steak and lobster.The water supply is from a spring and
should be OK to drink.

Suggestions and Transport
In addition to the services highlighted in the introduction
Tanna Evergreen Bungalows offers free snorkel use. Kayak
hire is 1000 Vatu per hour.
Tanna Evergreen Bungalows is 1.2km North of the White Grass
airport (only 10 minutes walk). A return airport transfer
costs 400 Vatu.
