Our Objectives

This is an unfunded project of Wantok Environment Centre. The website is non-commercial and is independent of agents that represent some of the bungalows featured in it. Our aim is to promote low impact tourism that will contribute in a positive way to the lives of rural people in Vanuatu and encourage and support sound natural resource stewardship, including new and existing conservation areas.

This web site gives free promotion to island bungalows and guesthouses. Many of these local businesses are under visited because so few people overseas know about them or the information available is insufficient. We believe the internet is a cost effective and powerful tool to raise awareness among potential visitors. This web site aims be the premier information resource for travelling Vanuatu's outer islands.
