Below is our survey coverage map and distribution by month created on 27-July-2009 with 878 surveys entered in the database. New surveys from Vanua Lava are included.

We need your observations!
- Many squares are undervisited with less than 5 surveys.
- Geographical bias can be seen. We have few surveys from remote and mountainous areas.
- A few months are under surveyed and this seasonal bias becomes worse when you consider each island individually.

Islands most in need of more surveys are Torres, west and central Santo, southwest Malakula, Efate mountains and Erromango.
